I need urgent advise

this is the first time I am doing visa extension by my self, first of all, I need to know which form do I need to fill for extension

the last visa was issued Ten Year Partner Route under Paragraph D-LTRP1.2

and do I need to meet any financial requirement

Until near past the financial requirement wasn't expected to be met under 10 years of flrfp route but not sure why the online application form now ask that.

1. Please don't post in CAPITAL letters. It is the same as SHOUTING.

2. Priority at the moment for UKCVAS appointments is being given to those who applied in March and had their appointments cancelled with lockdown. You are not the only person who applied recently and cannot get an appointment. Just keep checking.
