HI,
I received this letter today from Homeoffice. They said that they asked for it earlier but i never received the email. Has anyone else received a similar email. I checked with the customer care and they said to reply to the email.

Natdocreturn@homeoffice.gov.uk. Failure to reply to this letter may result in the application being refused.
Once we have the required documents, we can then progress your claim and will be in touch in due course.
