Online copies can be downloaded & uploaded provided in acceptable format & size such in pdf with size lesser than 6MB each.ahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Wed May 13, 2020 6:37 pmHi,
Just a quick question, am I allowed to download bills / letters from e.g. United Utilities / British Gas website to upload with the application or do these need to physical copies sent to the address.
As you can imagine a lot of them are online based.
Really appreciate your help on this.
It is not a 'grey area'. The guidance hasn't fully been updated for the online process and still refers to originals for when postal and PSC applications were made.ahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 12:20 pmThank you very much for clarifying this.
It's a little confusing due to 'FLR(M) GUIDANCE NOTES' advising that "Copies of any kind are not acceptable unless there are valid reasons for not being able to provide the original document"
Kind of a grey area with e-billing as they have the same information and format as any physical bill sent to the address. I have completely understood your reply but was wondering if you could you shed a little more light on this?
Regards,
So currently, digital equivalents/e-billing would be acceptable forms of evidence for correspondence I.E Utility bills, bank statements, etc?CR001 wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 12:24 pmIt is not a 'grey area'. Yes.
If they look the same in pdf as the ones you would receive by post, then yes.ahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Thu May 14, 2020 12:53 pmApologies if this is slightly off topic.
Can online bank statements be used to show evidence for earnings or are physical copies/stamped versions needed?

It strictly applies to latest payslip & bank statement, employer letter whereas ideally to noc letter, inspection report etc.ahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 5:25 pmHi,
I wanted to know what the 28 day rule applies to, is it just the financial documents i.e. payslips, letter confirming employment etc, or does this apply to any other documents?
Estate agencies activities including viewings, renting, inspections all have been fully restarted on condition of observing the 2 meter distance rule , thus you can easily find another one who can perform it in person. But still if the surveyor perform same job distantly without pacifically mentioning about that then it may not even be known and gets accepted.ahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 5:25 pmSecondly, as I live with others, I need to complete a housing inspection report, however the local council is not currently offering this due to COVID-19. A local surveying company is willing to this remotely without a home-visit again due to the pandemic. Do you think this will be accepted?
Yes that would be acceptable.ahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 14, 2020 3:31 pmIf needed I could get them to do digital signatures via Docusign, which could be a possible alternative.
Seems satisfactoryahtishamtahir01 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 17, 2020 4:50 pmJust regarding the cohabitation letters, could you let me know if the below would suffice?
