COVID-19 Crisis -Emergency UK Travel Document for Baby Born In India

Hello All,

Has anyone had experience with Emergency travel document to UK ?

My baby is born in India and her application for Right to Abode in UK is with Visa office for last couple or months. We applied from Mumbai and due to the Covid-19 situation , Mumbai is under lock-down and visa offices are closed. I want to get my family out of Mumbai asap so need the emergency travel document.
Any experiences on the same will be useful.

You cannot apply for an emergency travel document if the child has never held a British passport first.
