No that doesn't apply to you. You have to have your ILR before you apply for naturalisation.The following information contradicts your reply...I might be wrong, Can you check if this applies to me ?

In other words, you can apply for naturalisation *only* after 12 months of getting ILR (Indefinite Leave to remain = free from immigration time restrictions).Standard requirements for Naturalisation wrote:You must be free from immigration time restrictions when you make your naturalisation application.
