Fixed penalty notices for citizenship

Hello, I have received 5 fixed penalty notices, all from 2017 :
2 for parking (from council)
1 for speeding, 1 for prohibited turn, 1 for a bus lane contravention
, all paid and a speeding awareness course done in time.
I have read that 3 or more of fixed penalty notices are taken into consideration...
Is there any chance for citizenship? I meet all other criteria.. have settled status since 1 year now..
Is it worth waiting 1 year more until fixed penalty notices will be 4 year old ?

I would be very grateful for your advice!

but still it says that the PCNs are treated same as Fixed Penalty Notices if they are numerous...

You can have one FPN in the last 12 months, just not many and you need to declare it in the form.

I’ve never heard one FPN is a reason for a refusal.
