I am wondering if there is any complication that could arise in her extension application if I receive the ILR now - will she still be able to apply as a Tier 2 dependent next year?
You don't need a cos for your dependent to apply for an extension. She is dependent on n you not your tier 2 sponsor. Can my employer refuse to grant a CoS at that time?
No. Your employment once you have ilr is irrelevant to her eligibility to extend her visa. What if I decide to change employers after my ILR - would my new employer have to sponsor her visa?
Yes many, no issues. You are overthinking this completely.Has anyone else faced the same situation? I would really appreciate any guidance on this?
