Thank you !
I also received email for children birth certificates. I just emailed them.
Does this all means we not going for Biomatric and home office not taking documents from ukvas where we uploaded all the documents ?

HO can only see the ukcvas documents when ukcvas sends it to ho electronically. You uploading it means exactly that, it is sitting uploaded waiting to be sent.
People are still being booked for biomterics. Some have received emails that their previous biomterics will be used but further instructions of the process have not been sent.

They do not want to wait to get the docs until your attend your appointment. They can start work on your case

Hi
Below is the email regards to the documents requested by home office 10 days ago. I have provided the marriage certificate. What is the second point ? Do I need to provide other cohabitation documents for 2nd point where its asked - 'Provide official documentary evidence to demonstrate that you have been living your sponsor in a genuine relationship as per immigration rules' ?
Marriage certificate or evidence you have been in a relationship akin to marriage/civil partnership for at least two years (if not previous submitted)
If you are married to your sponsor, please provide official documentary evidence to demonstrate that you have been living with your sponsor in a genuine and subsisting relationship as per the Immigration Rules
Evidence of personal savings in line with Appendix E of the Immigration Rules
Police Registration Certificate (if you were asked to register with the police on your previous grant of leave)

Yes cohabitation documents for the last 2 years from the date of application. It has been a mandatory requirement always.

o thank you
I misunderstood, I thought its same thing as point no 1 where it asked for marriage certificate. and i just completely ignored. Its been 10 days i got this email and only provided marriage certificate.
I have uploaded all cohabitation documents on website along with all other documents at the time of submission my application in June anyway.
This point below doesn't apply to me right ?
Evidence of personal savings in line with Appendix E of the Immigration Rules
