You have your right to apply for the naturalisation but please from what Secret.Simon and CR001 trying to advise is that, you gotta be careful and seek further legal advice from a competent solicitor before you embark in such a journey.
HO has said that from April eu settled status since itself doesn't give you requirements to meet the naturalisation 3 - 5 years threshold. This is because with the eu settlement scheme it wasn't a criteria to meet the 5 years for Indefinite leave to be given. You only have to show 6 months in every year for 5 years to get eu settled status.
But but people those with derivative or Zambrano right only get settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme only if they have clocked typical 5 years. So to evidence as Zambrano or derivative is easier than any of the eu Members themselves.
Please seek a legal advise and come back and flavour us.
Stay bless
Good luck soon the goodnews will come.
Thanks for the good wishes.Touba21 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 19, 2020 1:11 amGood luck soon the goodnews will come.
