RE: subclass 176 pass mark clarification?

Hi,

I need clarification, what is the current passmark of 176 and 175?
Is my understanding correct?
For subclass 175, the current passmark is 120 points. If you do not reach the 120 points, you can apply via subclass 176 and earn 10 points for the sponsorship either thru state or a relative, but you will still need to reach the 120 inspite of this??

Can anybody please help me?

Please suggest me for the process of sponsered visa under 176.

I applied vettases assessment through a consulatant and it was positive but now after six month it is expired so further I want to apply it by myself.

Please tell me the procedure for application.
