Dependent details

Hi,

In my case spouse will be applying and joining later as Iam planning to apply only for myself. Do I need to fill the fields in 5a section ie., spouse details and also do I need to submit a marriage certificate.

Spouse details Yes, Marriage certificate No.

When I had applied for self, I was asked to submit MC. Hence, I would recommend you to carry MC, if they want, you can submit.

Yes. Additional Information section is free for use, as long information provided is relevant to the current applicantion.

I have question on mantainanse funds for dependant. Do we require to mantain 1800GBP for dependant when I am applying alone for tier1 visa? as my dependant joining me later and I can mantain for my dependant when she is applying (after 3 months)

Any senior member please help me!

While applying for self (primary), you do not need to show funds for your dependent.
