Slightly Off Topic: US Visa

Post by Alagomeji » Fri Apr 15, 2005 1:43 pm

Hi all,
Is it possible to apply for a visa to the US when on an HSMP visa? Someone recently informed me that I needed to be resident in the UK for 3 years, otherwise I would have to go to my home country to apply for the Visa.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, BUT UNBOWED

I dont think so, One of my friend got her US visitor visa in the UK and she was here for just one and half year(on Student Visa).
I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star.
