As for HO reference number, you might want to put down the reference number of your most recent extension. Even if you leave it blank, it would not make any difference. So do not worry about this!

Thanks sushdmehta,

Is anybody know HO accepts Online printed bank statement?

I know i am posting twice, but every1 who submits for FLR under HSMP judgement rule need to know this....

Following is very IMP e mail which i recd. from HO
---------------------------------------------------------------
You will be issued for a period of either three years or a period sufficient to take you to the current qualifying period for settlement (currently 5 years) whichever is the longest. So in your case you would be issued for the 3.2 years.
-------------------

So guys, PLEASE make sure to ask for FLR which will take you to ILR...So no need for further FLRs....Hurraaaayyy!!!

HSMP Visa extension

Post by pcb_in » Tue Aug 05, 2008 11:29 am

Hi All,
First post I did at wrong place and directed to this thread by Mr. Sushdmehta. Thanks to him.
My question is, as I quialify for both Tier 1 general and of-course HSMP extension under JR rule. So what should I apply for is there any difference in FLR(tier 1) form and normal(general tier 1 form) I think we deffinatly need some comment from the people who has already got his /her extension on JR rule.
Plus one more thing that I have one dependent/daughter which is 18 or over ( but she was under 18 when she got her first visa) so what the gudance fore her about fee and an application form i.e do I have to pay extra fee(how much suppose to be 395) and separet application form (which one FLRtierone general or tier 1 dependent)
Best Regards
PC

Hi All,

well, this is seriously sucks!!! I have called BBA yesterday to check on my extension.
They checked my reference and said it is still with CW(after two month), they were nice to talk to CW and replied that no decision has been made yet, but will do very soon. NO estimates on when, standards in Tier 1 are not in place. What a mess!!!!

yes, I guess so. I have applied first with Tier 1 application(should have qualified scoring enough points), but after JR introduction, should qualify for HSMP JR rule as well.

Thanks

I have enclosed practically all required docs for extension under Tier 1(submitted before JR rule was implemented), but approval was granted under old rules. So It is easier to extend now for old HSMP holders because of less requirements and less docs needed.

Thanks
