UKVCAS biometric appointment availability

I have submitted my wife application for visa extension on 2nd of July.

I am not getting biometric appointment till 09 august on UKVCAS

Can someone guide please when should biometric slots will open on UKVCAS?

They are dealing with the backlog from march, April, may and June. If that is what you have got, you are lucky.

thanks very much. so in my case. shall i check UKVCAS site to see if they open new slots of July candidates every week or shall we expect post or email from them first when the slots will be availble?

While on the UKVCAS website states they are dealing with applications made from the early part of June, you can see below link for centers that are currently open or that will be opened in the nearest future.
They have loads of backlog occasioned by COVID-19.

I have submitted my application first week of June and a straight forward application. A series of email received and finally opt out and waiting. Can I give photograph barcode to UKVI? is that option under consideration?

Since you have opted out, you have to wait for an invitation to book an appointment and attend UKVCAS centre to provide your biometrics.
