June COS

Post by l4over » Thu Jun 11, 2020 3:09 pm

Did anyone get their restricted sponsorship approved for June? I guess today is the allotment day?

There aren't any updates to the gov site since January 20.

Thanks!

Employer notified me today that I've had approval yesterday - my application would score 51 points.

Thanks!

Did you have a RLMT or an exemption?

What happens if the RCOS is not granted this month. Would that go into next months allocation given that my employer had no response from the application so far.

I read in another post about the points calculation, uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/new- ... 88233.html

I haven't received any updates from my employer yet. I think I might have well above the limit. Fingers Crossed!

I had RLMT. If RCOS not granted this month, your employer can apply for it again next month. How many points do you score for your application?

Hi,

Did you mean your restricted cos application scored 51 points. Is the cos assigned to you. I was reading in some threads where some reported issues with rcos assignment.

RCoS assignment has nothing to do with ukvi. It is wholly up to an employer to assign or not to assign.

Thanks for the response. What are the chances of getting rcos approved for a shortage occupation job in July panel

U mean rcos application with 51 points got approved. Am I correct to assume that anyone with atleast 51 points or above got the rcos approved in June panel?
