ILR from Tier2 visa with additional rent income

Hi,

currently i'm under Tier 2 visa and will be eligible for ILR next year.
is there any issue with ILR application if there's additional rent income, like airbnb ( room rent), justpark (driveway rent) ?
in this case, the income is less than £1000 which no need to report to HMRC.

You are free to receive rental income. No issue
