Tier 2 Visa

Hi Team

I have applied for Tier 2 General migrant visa and I have submitted the below document :

1. Cos ( maintanance certified by employer)
2. Naric certificate and graduation certificate.
3. TB certificate
4. Offer letter
5. Marriage certificate.
6. IHS fees payemnt confirmation and visa fees confirmation.
7. Passport copy

My questions are :

1. There is no family name in my passport therefore in VISA application i filled full name in Given name and family name field. Please suggest if this was the correct approach?

2. Forgot to mention the father’s surname in application but it was not mandatory field . Will this affect my visa process?

3. I have not attached any financial evidence like bank statement or income tax return since my employer certified the maintanance in cos .

Please suggest if i missed something .
