No. The requirement for ILR is 60 months residence in the UK. So provided your wife has been in the UK for at least 30 months at the date of application, there would not be a shortfall when the time comes to apply for ILR. Note that the new visa will be valid for 30 months from the date it is issued and any remaining leave from the previous visa should be added to the validity period (up to a maximum of 28 days).
Yes, plus any remaining leave from the previous visa (up to a maximum of 28 days).
No need if she is legally working in the UK and can meet the financial requirement with her own income.
Certainly can. It's paragraph GEN.1.13 of Appendix FM linked below.
You will have to remind them about this ideally through a covering letter because a lot of times they don't add extra 28 days.
They certainly have all record but not all caseworker are familiar/exercise this discretion of adding 28 days extra. So reminding them may drive them in doing so.
This is the default name of online application when applying from abroad
That is not required although a lot members still used to fill it in past.

I have just completed the online application for FLR_M. I made a complete error regarding IHS.
When asked for the IHS reference number, I inadvertently entered our previous NUMBER from our first spouse visa. This is incorrect, as I was suppose to pay a new fee for IHS
Unfortunately I have paid the fee for FLR_M.
Is there a way to pay for the IHS, I can't go back and pay for the IHS

Usually are acceptable but never heard that these aren't having the dates.LightNova wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 6:36 pmHi All
I have an official Natwest bank statement for 6 month, its for FLR(M). The bank statement was sent by post.
I noticed the bank statement did not have a date or no electronically stamped, but the bank statement was in an official bank stationery, with Natwest logo on every page.
Will this statement be acceptable?
