The requirement is that it should be valid on the day of application and this is taken to be the day you make your payment and online submission of the application.nkhan04575 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 13, 2020 2:58 pmi wanted to apply in march 2020 but due to covid-19 i could not apply. Now am applying spouse visa for my wife her tb test expires 21-07-2020.can you guys suggest me if i apply till 17th July online will there be any problems if tb test expires after few days?

i am furlough at the moment my tax year April 2019 to 2020 i have above 19000 for spouse visa
my question is .to apply for a spouse visa for my wife. do i need to include furloughed payslips as well till now(July 2020).as i heard they will only consider till march 2020.
Another question is if i am on furlough will this effect spouse visa as i am not at work ?
It's not clear how the supporting evidence required has changed, but you would likely need to show the financial requirement being met for the period considered and showing how your income has changed up to the application date probably would also remain a requirement. Provided you are still able to meet the requirements with any changes made, being on furlough will have no impact on the application. If you’ve experienced a loss of income due to coronavirus, we will consider employment income for the period immediately before the loss of income due to coronavirus, provided the requirement was met for at least 6 months up to March 2020.
If your salary has reduced because you’re furloughed, we will take account of your income as though you’re earning 100% of your salary.
If you’re self-employed, a loss of annual income due to coronavirus between 1 March 2020 and 31 July 2020 will generally be disregarded, along with the impact on employment income from the same period for future applications.
Miniature errors/omissions can be rectified through a covering letter.nkhan04575 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 17, 2020 6:05 pmHelp needed please
