Employer Letter- Absence Period

Post by Akhil_123 » Sun Apr 12, 2020 5:52 pm

Hi All,

I had a query regarding the employer letter as a part of the application for ILR.

I have worked for 3 different employers in the past 5 years and have the records for annual leaves spent out of the country. But I do not have the exact dates for annual leaves within UK during each year of employment.

So, is it fine for my previous employers to just mention about the annual leave dates which were spent out of the UK on the employers letter.

Any advice on this is much appreciated.

Regards,
Akhil

Hi,

Sorry just to clarify. Does this previous employer letter need to be dated within a month of application. Or can be dated any point of time.
Asking this as I'm trying to get the documents ready in advance.
Thanks
Akhil

ILR application checklist ( SET O)

Post by Akhil_123 » Sun Jul 12, 2020 10:32 pm

Hello All,

Hope you are keeping well. I would be applying in the next few days for an ILR- 5 years continuous residency in the UK. This is from Tier 2( Gen) visa category. Could I please have any input if the below mentioned documents are sufficient while applying or uploading.

1- Current/Expired passport & BRP card
2- Letter from Current employer( Mentioning SOC code + Appropriate salary+ needed at work for unforeseeable future)
3 - Letter from Previous employers ( Start & End date + Leaves taken out of country + Good standing)
4- Life in the UK test pass result
5- Post Graduation degree certificate from UK university ( English Language requirements)
6- Salary slips x 3 months
7- Bank statements x 3 months
8- Copy of last COS ( Current employer)
9- P60's for last 5 years
10- P45's from previous work places
11- Proof of residence for last 5 years ( Rent papers)

Any valuable suggestion is much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Regards,
Akhil

8- Copy of last COS ( Current employer)
9- P60's for last 5 years
10- P45's from previous work places
11- Proof of residence for last 5 years ( Rent papers)
None if this is required.

You also only need one months payslip and corresponding bank statement.
