Tier 2 dependent visa main applicant in process

Hi,

My wife is on Tier 2 General visa and changed her job recently as the company went into administration.

Her new company sponsored her and she submitted her application in June and is waiting for the next process of appointments from UKVCAS.

I am on Tier 2 ICT in the UK and now I am planning to move to tier 2 general dependent visa:

I have the below questions :

1) Can we apply now as her application is in progress ?

2) If yes , while filling the application form it's asking for BRP details. Should we give the old BRP details that was issued during her previous job or select the option "No, I do not have a Home Office reference number for them" ?


Any other information on this would be helpful.
