after Tier 1 job opportunity in embedded(automotive)domain

Hello all,

I would like to know how is the job market in embedded (automotive domain) , if one has 1.5 years experience.....and whether there is chance for married women who is the main applicant (because i have heard that some companies may not prefer them).

Is it possible to get jobs with this experience?
