Hi,
Can someone help, please?
i am applying for the ILR on the basis of 10years legally staying in UK continually.
During my 10years, I once was refused a visa. I was then ask to make an appeal by the HO at the First tier tribunal. I appealed the decision but my appeal was dismissed. I was given 5 days by the judge to appeal the decision at the upper tribunal, at this point, I made a new application to the HO within that 5 days and my application was successful after 3 weeks of waiting.
From the time the appeal was made to the hearing at the First Tier tribunal took 8 months.
Please, can you advise if I have jeopardised my 10 years long stay due to the refusal.
Thank you.
