EUSS Family Permit proof of address

Hello, my wife has finally received her EUSS Family Permit. Now we want to apply for NINO and a bank account, but for those proof of address is needed. What proof of address can I get? Thank you.

Presumably she is in the UK???

Anything addressed to her at your home address, ie. utility bill for example

Yes, she is in UK. I will add her on council tax. Is that proof?

Any utility bill, council tax, tenancy agreement or any other official type letter is fine.

One more thing, how can she prove right to work with her EUSS Family Permit? It doesn't mention on it work permitted.
