Dear members,
Is there any one who recently grated EU Residence cards under withdrawal agreement article 18(1). If yes. Can holder of this card travel to United Kingdom with her British husband With out need of visa or do she need a visitor visa.

What is difference between eu article 10 residence card and eu-uk widrawal agreement article 18?
