Evidence for unmarried dependent visa under Tier 1

Post by ohsmpo » Fri Aug 22, 2008 5:15 pm

Hi,

Me and my spouse are not married and are not going to get married soon.
I am planning to apply for Tier 1 visa, with my spouse as an unmarried dependent.
I saw we should provide evidence for 2 years living together.

We are living together for 2.5 years, and we have the following evidence:
- for the 1st year - rent contract only (as all bills were paid by landlord (indicated in rent contract))
- for the 1.5 following years - rent contract + all bills (at least 3 different documents)

So we have 2 different evidences for the last 1.5 years only.

My question is: will the immigration officer accept those documents as sufficient evidence?

We also have a common bank account for more than 2 years, is it an acceptable evidence for dependent proof?

Thanks & Regards,
