I have already submitted my documents so I cant upload the document checklist now? I'm confused?
I didn't read anywhere that I needed to upload the document checklist? I've already ticked all the mandatory documents when I did the application on gov UK.
Is the first page just the page from When you download the completed application form on gov? The one that has personal details and gwf number, visa type etc?

Hi guys. I'm seeing a payment of 1600 for visa on my online banking however there's two further payments of -47£ and £0.50 which says NON-GBP TRANS FEE and NON-GBP Purchase fee.
Is this expected? I havent paid for any additional services. Just ihs and visa payment.
Thanks
Shyam

That is self explanatory as you were charged the fee by your bank although outrageously.

Hmm.
it's a bit strange that when you pay for the visa and ihs it's in usd instead of gbp. Is this because of outside UK applications.

Yes, applications from outside the UK are not in GBP. Ukvi use oanda.com at set dates for conversion rates.

It's always in USD from applications outside UK. Nothing to worry about.

Hi guys. Just had a query regarding the online application I made. I registered my partners email for the application and completed it as if I was her, since she will be coming to UK.
At the end of the application on gov website I selected that I was the sponsor applying on behalf of applicant. But at start since its her email address, I selected "YOU", when it asked who's email address is this.
Have I done this right? Or am i worrying for no reason.
Thanks
Shyam

You are most probably not missing anything. Some of the mails are autoresponse.

Cool thanks. Is it just waiting for the passport to come back now with the visa sticker on and that's it? Then she can fly here within that period she is given?
What does she need to show at the immigration when she arrives in uk? Her passport with her sticker and her Tb certificate? Or are there other documents she needs to show, and will she be asked questions/interviewed at the airport?

No and unlikely. She might just be asked general questions by the IO but it is not an 'interview'.

What sort of general questions? Like why you coming here, and for what purpose.

Yes, just general questions, about purpose of entry. She might not be asked anything at all.

They don't tell you if you've been approved or failed do they? They just inform you that your passport is ready for collection.?

No there won't be and you will get a letter stating why it was refused.
