Can we reuse NARIC certificates after 2.5 years?

My wife came here in Feb 2018 after getting Leave to Enter for 33 months. I am her sponsor and British Citizen. We used NARIC certificates to prove her English requirement.
Now it's time to apply for the FLR(M) extension. I wanted to know if I can reuse the same certificates or need to get new ones from NARIC?

Has anyone successfully got FLR(M) extension by reusing the same NARIC certificates they used 2.5 years ago?

There are mixed opinions/experiences. However, unless if it wasn't issued under red route the better to redo it or sit for English test.

Got the FLRM extension

Ended up asking NARIC to re=issue the certificates.

This costs about £20 and they send the same certificates with updated date

A small amount for assurance compared with going ahead on unclear grounds.
