If she doesn't have evidence of meeting the English requirement (A1 test or NARIC for a foreign degree), her application will be refused.

I also don't think that VFS is fully operational in India yet either.

Please send me link gov website where it says this please, so at least i can see what the requirement is as she does have a BSc degree done in English in india which 100% is valid and can be converted via NARIC

Thanks

It is clearly stated in appendix FM immigration rules that meeting the English requirment is mandatory.

You should do naric English and comparable assesments then if you can't book a test.

So this means she need to have Life Skill A1 , ?

i am seriously confused, will NARIC be not enough for a successful application

Naric English and comparable assessment is enough and can be used for future applications too.

You can, for a fee.
or my wife can take all the document at Biometric centre in ahmedabad
They can, for a fee, if they are not self-uploading.

There is the option to self-upload for no extra cost.
which option is better
For you to decide, taking into consideration your circumstances and the available options.
and also is there a priority option for spouse visa ?
It may not be advisable to purchase that for now even if available given Covid-19 issues. It wasn't even guaranteed pre Covid-19.

I don't want to upload online due to problems in file as i read few cases were rejected due to missing document not uploaded

Are the Scanning centres in UK Open? which site can i check and is it open for spouse visa .

DO i need to make a choice on which Scanning centres to choose once application is done?

1. Your wife has to carry the supporting documents with passport to VFS office while time of biometrics

2. You can scan the supporting documents only at VFS centre

3. Yes, Ahmedabad UK VFS centre are open

4 . As of now there is no priority or super priority service
