When I can start work full time?
I am currently Tier 4 visa and switch to Tier 2 sponsor visa.

Can I start work after I submit Tier 2 application or have to wait until I get Tier 2 visa?

Hi @alex132,

You can start working full-time from the end of your course (or the 1st year of your PhD) and there are no restrictions on you working full-time on your current tier 4 (student) visa until you switch it to Tier 2 (work) visa before it expires.

There are new company and in the progress of helping me to get Tier 2 sponsor. That is why they did not know a lot. I need to search and ask around and inform them.

As CR said before, it is not your responsibility to search information about this process for your employer. They should be aware of everything even before they apply for the licence to be a sponsor, it doesn't matter if it is a new company or not.

Did they ask you for help on this process?

You can generate a code that can be shared with your employer. The link sent by the previous user is for the company to verify the code you send to them.
