HSMP Review Contact?

I submitted my letter to request a review, but how do I verify that they received it? What number do I call? Will they send an email confirmation if you asked for one in the letter?

This post suggests that you have HSMP approval, so what's the reason for review which you haven't mentioned??

If it is review request for an EC application, then contact the local BHC / VAC in your country - where the review request was submitted.
