Tier 2 employer change_maintenance fund

Hi,

I am currently on tier 2 (general) visa and applying for new visa (along my dependent's visas, wife and a kid at same time) as changing my employer.
My question is do I need to show maintenance fund for myself and dependents?

When I initiated my application, I found below comment. I filled the application to switch my employer on Tier 2 Visa. Partially filled application showed me below point under "Information you do no need to provide"

"You do not need to prove maintenance because you have current leave in Tier 2 (General) leave to remain"

I have current leave to remain tier 2 visa general valid untill 2022. Regards,

Do you know if it the same for dependant applying at the same time?

What I have found in the PBS dependent guidance that it is the requirement for the depedants only when main applicant is also required to meet the maintenance requirement.

This is point 90 of the following document

I hope it is not the requirement for the dependants.
