Please refer to the caseworker guidance on "Good Character":
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... idance.pdf
How did you enter the UK illegally? When did you come to the attention of the Home Office? Immigration offences are taken very seriously.
Regarding your court case as you were found not guilty assume this doesn't need to be disclosed.
Your wife's documents are not required as you are not applying as spouse of a British citizen, though the application will ask for your marital status and details of spouse.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Thanks for your advice I entered the UK clandestinely in 2006 but went back to Nigeria married in Nigeria and put in a spouse application in Nigeria 2009 my application was refused but my wife won an appeal in April 2010 so I returned to the UK in June 2010 on spouse visa got my ILR in 2012. So my question is do I need to disclose when I entered the UK clandestinely because I declared this in other applications thank you

If you declared it previously then declare it again as it was an immigration breach - non-disclosure may be held against you.
