You’re right. I’ve already paid £65 for a property inspection report and that’ll be done by the end of the week. I’ve asked the director to add on a little detail to the letter, and he’s provided me with this:

So I think this, along with tenancy agreement and the property inspection report should be good enough. Sorry for stressing out :(

Dear (Sponsor)

This is to confirm that there is no objection from our side that your husband namely (Applicant) can reside with you at (Address) subject to the satisfactory right to rent checks in the U.K.

Your current residence is a 3 bedroom shared property and therefore does not require a HMO license. The address of your husband moving in will not cause overcrowding as the property is sufficient for four sharers as each room has en suite facilities.

Regards

Director
Don't stress out, it a tedious process to collect all those docs but create yourself a checklist then tick off the docs as you go, when you upload all docs make sure the upload list matches the checklist before you hit submit.
That should be fine, it's all we used successfully.
Thank you so much, I’ve near collected all my documents, just waiting on 3, so will come back here with my final checklist for advice. But thank you 😊

Hello everybody :D

We’ve received our UK NARIC evaluation back.
We got a Academic Qualification Level Statement
UK Qualification level: Bachelor Degree

And English Language Proficiency Statement
The level of English language for the above degree course is considered to meet the requirements of CEFR level B1

Is this OK?

Yes, what you have meets the requirement for UKVI English test evidence.

Applicant's ID card isn't needed.

Hi all

Last minute overthinking here, but does it matter that my bank statements run from 03 February to 28th July.
It’s not the full complete months, however, I have counted and double counted and triple counted 6 sets of payments going in.

I’ve even included a short PDF document of where the payments go in, on what date, how much, and what page it can be found in a table showing six payments.

So would it matter for only having the bank statements be from 3rd February to 28th July 2020?

6 months will complete on 3rd August.

Hi everybody
Sorry to be stupid
But I’m going to the bank tomorrow to get my final bank statement. Would it matter if I complete my application on the same day? Or should I wait one day so that the final bank statement is before the application submission date?

If that makes sense

I submitted the application yesterday on 03/08/2020. I uploaded the documents on the TLS website (which was great as I already had everything ready to submit and in PDF format) and checked it was OK. Biometric is tomorrow. I will come back in a few months (hopefully less) with an update. Just wanted to say thanks to everybody especially Seagul for all the help. :)
