Hi
I am a PBS dependent visa holder and my husband who is in now having ILR. My query is which application should i use to get my ILR ( 5 years route). what are the documents should i need to produce? 5 years proof of accommodation is necessary ? what are the documents i should need from my husband ? please anyone can help me thanks .

Form Set(O) if your partner got ILR based on 5 years tier 2 General.

English B1, LIUK, Passports, BRP card, 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names from 3 to 6 sources, spread evenly for every 3 or 4 months.

5 years proof of accommodation is necessary ?

2 years cohabitation as explained above.

what are the documents i should need from my husband ?

ILR BRP and evidence of cohabitation as explained above.

Hi, My husband is holding ILR (Tier 2- general PBS route). I am his partner holding PBS dependent visa. I got my visa 7th September 2015 I (entered 26th Sep) and extended to one year, three years and three years (up to 2022). I am completing my 5 years in 7th September 2020. I am planning to submit my ILR application SET(O) – 5 years route on 20th August ( 28 days before ) .
My question is absence (new rule 11th January 2018) How this apply to me? . I got absence 2016 one month, 2017- two months ,2018 one month and 2020 one month.
while filling the application they asking my immigration absence details only after 11th January 2018 and how I can show my 2016 and 2017 absence? I don’t see any place in the application can fill 2016 and 2017 absences? Can you please clarify me ? thanks for the help . I am reading lots of messages these absence related queries but i am not able to catch the point .

It depends what date your current visa was issued. If your current visa was issued on or after 11th January 2018, then only absence from this date are relevant. Absences before this is irrelevant. If your current visa was issued BEFORE 11th January 2018, then there is NO absence limit.

There is NO absence limit for the visas issued before 11th January 2018. If you have a visa issued AFTER 11th January 2018, i.e. your current visa perhaps, then you ONLY list the absence since the current visa was issued.

Because they are NOT relevant.

You only need to list any absences from August 2019 to the date of application. Any absences before August 2019 are irrelevant if your visa before the current one was issued before 11th January 2018.

This is NOT correct. It is only absences since the visa granted in August 2019. Any absences before this are irrelevant.
