10 Year ILR queries

Hi folks

I've few questions regarding my eligibility to apply for ILR based on long residence. Really appreciate if someone could help as I am negotiating my current visa extension date.

2012-13 Business visa (180 days) multi-visit:
a. Visa Start date 6th Sep 2012
b. Arrived in the UK on 14th Oct 2012
c. Left UK on 12th Nov 2012
d. Visa Expired on 6th March 2013

2013- till date on Various visas continuous stay:
a. Tier 2 work visa start date 13th Mar 2013
b. Arrived in the UK on 30th Mar 2013
c. Living and working legally since with no gaps more than 25 days.


1- Am I eligible to claim my continuous stay in the country from the first arrival on 14th Oct.
2- Is Business visa eligible visa type?
3- Between the expiry of business visa on 6th March and subsequent arrival on 30th March the Gap is less than 28 days and is that acceptable?
4- On which date in 2022 or 2023, I am okay to submit the ILR application?

1 and 2 All visas count for long residence.

3. There is no such gap rule.

4. You can apply within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of the date you entered the UK in 2012.

Am I eligible to apply on the anniversary from 2012 because the gap between the date I left UK (12th Nov 2012) and the date I returned to the Uk 30th Mar 2013, was less than 180 days?
