Same documents will be needed along with decree absolute & new marriage certificate. And most importantly your new marriage must have been performed after the date of decree absolute.

Hello.
Thanks in advance for your reply.
I have 2 questions to ask
I know to bring my spouse in to UK I need to show 18600 income per year.
I have 40k savings and I know it should be in my account for 6+ months,
My questions are I collected my money from relatives who borrowed from me, is there any way bhc will ask source of savings?
Also I work cash in hand
How much do I need to show as a taxable income with 40k savings?
Thanks

You will have to show the source of cash saving and also have to deposit all cash income into bank account. With £40k you will need to earn around (40000-16000/2.5= 9600) (18600-9600)
£9000

Yes £9000
Yes. But you need to declare the source

Have you declared your 'cash in hand' earnings to HMRC and paid all tax due on the income
(Casa, not CR001)

You will have to declare the source of cash savings and usually savings through loans won't be considered.

They won't raise such.
You should be aware, though, that the first £16,000 of any cash savings will be disregarded.

No if you can prove your subsisting relationships through visiting, chatting, calling, transferring money, sending gifts etc.

£1,523 (application fee) + £1,200 (IHS) = £2,723 total

If the financial requirement will be met through employment then it won't be mattered.

House inspection report (if sharing with none-related adults) and the landlord's noc will be needed.

No as everything has been transformed into online. In my view opinion even instead printing the BRP card there should be an app introduced.

Hello
I have two questions
1. Basically I get my statements by online, I requested my bank to post me statement in every month but I got quarterly statement 3 months together, I also contacted my bank if I get printed from a branch and get all stamped in last 6 months statements, but bank said they can stamp on only for last 3 months.
If I get last 6 months Statements from online is it OK? Or if do request my bank to post me last 6 months statements is OK?
2. I started my job in this February and I get my salary on the following month between 12 to 15, shall I submit my statements from the following month or from the February?
Thanks for your kind reply

I don't think you necessarily need bank statements by month, the requirement (for income from employment) is:
Personal bank statements corresponding to the same period(s) as the payslips at paragraph 2(a), showing that the salary has been paid into an account in the name of the person or in the name of the person and their partner jointly.
So you should really only need to provide bank statements covering the specified period rather than a specific number of bank statements.
