Should I expect any email after Biometrices taken at UKVCAS?

Hi Everyone,

I finally managed to book an appointment with UKVCAS, attended yesterday and my biometrics was taken.

But I have not received any email stating that my application is completed and done,

Should I expect any conformation email?

Hi,

I was receiving the SMS update since I had opted for it. No mail though. SMS suggesting my application movement details like "Application has been received/forwarded to 1.) Sheffield/your local office, 2.) Case office has been assigned 3.)Decesion has been made etc.

Approval/Rejection was not notified in SMS. I only found out the final status once I received my passport.
