Uk Spouse Visa extention 5 years route

Any chance some one kindly provide me or direct me to employer letter template for spouse Visa extention purposes.
My brother came here on 2.5 years spouse Visa and now we thinking about further extention for 2.5 years as his stay hoin to expired mid next month. .

2. There is no template. The letter needs to be the same format as previously used and clearly explained in Appendix 1.7 what it needs to contained.

Dies anybody kindly shed light on how to apply for the spouse Visa extention for further 2.5 years after initial 3.5 years ends .
Postal or walkin appointment .Most important can any body provide a sample letter by employer confirming income requirement etc etc for the same will be a big help.
I m really sorry if my question is not on right head/ topic .
In desperate need of advice. So please help.

Apply online on form FLR M. Once submitted and paid, you are directed to ukcvas to book and appointment for biomterics. All supporting documents must be scanned and uploaded before the biometric appointment.

Postal or walkin appointment .

There is NO postal option and NO walk in option. You must book an appointment.

Most important can any body provide a sample letter by employer confirming income requirement etc etc for the same will be a big help.

So my brother the applicant is working with a takeaway as Spam worker from more than 6 months and gets 400 pounds weekly . With my sister works for NHS only started part time 1 months ago as she was on maternity earlier with different NHS trust.
So under which category my brother is metting the income requirement.
Plz guide

Category A provided he is not a self employed.

There is no template letter. Appendix 1.7 details what the letter needs to contain, as already explained.
