Naturalisation bad character

Good morning,
I recieved a letter from the magistrate court that I am owing money for a car that didn't have road tax ,this happened 3 years ago. I applied but never mentioned this on my form, I am due to go for my biometrics today so I was wondering if I should write a cover letter and come clean about this? I called the court and arranged a payment plan to clear this dept, please help me to know if I should add this information or not
