Hi ,

What all documents are needed for LTR application based on stamp1 and stamp 4.

1) Do we need to provide copy of all pages of passport ?
2) Do we need to provide copy of all previous GNIB/IRP cards?
3) what exactly means by copy of applicant's work permits ?

1. All used pages (any page that has a stamp or visa sticker), including pages from any previous passports.
2. Just the current GNIB/IRP card. If you have a copy of your old cards somewhere, there's no harm providing them with these copies.
3. The permit that you received which allowed you to get a Stamp 1 (Green Card Employment Permit, Critical Skills Employment Permit, General Employment Permit, Dependent Employment Permit etc).

Thanks Sir, is there any other documents too that needs to be included or just those 3 ?

Thanks littlerr, those are the three documents needed or is there any thing more needed and I'm missing ?

Nothing else according to INIS website, although I think I sent them my P60 and a letter from my employer. My application didn't finish in time so I don't know if they are necessary or not.
