In one of the questionnaires you had mentioned, that your Stage2 application is on biometric reuse category.
When did the UKVCAS sent an email to login to the IDV app?

I received an email for biometric reuse a few weeks ago but haven't received any further updates for login.

I am wondering if they are in the same line as other categories for biometric appointments/IDV app, and for example July,August applicants of global talent visa need to wait as much as July/August applicants of ILR, Tier2, and citizenship to be invited to IDV app for registering biometrics?

No one on the forum could POSSIBLY know this information. It is a small percentage of applicants who post on immigrationboards.com. All applicants are treated the same, regardless of the route they have applied. There is no special concession for Global Talent or any other route, everyone is in the same queue.

All applicants have to do either biometric enrollment or are eligible for reuse of biometrics. UKCVAS, a third party agent, is the one who notifies applicants accordingly. Why should certain visa categories be prioritised over others??

I did not say any prioritisation. I said if different teams in UKVI are handling different categories, the logical thing is to process them in parallel. But as you said, because it is going through the third party, everyone goes to the same line even if the number of applicants in some categories are 10/20 times more than some others.

I applied online on July 01, 2020, and enrolled biometrics through IDV app on Aug 28, 2020.
