Previous Earning-12 months out of 15 months

Hi,

I am planning to apply for Tier-1.
HSMP Guidance notes states that your previous earnings 12 months period must fall within the 15 months immediately preceding the application.
So If I am applying in Sep'08 , counting three months before Sep, it will be June,July & August'08. So If I want to claim points for June'07 to May'08 ,can i claim it.

I mean i am not working for last three months. June,July,August'08 so can I claim points from June'07 to May'08. Also I have to claim for all these 12 months if i can,then only i will be eligible for HSMP.

In short my query is this 15 month period is including the month I am applying even if I haven't got payslips for it.

Its any 12 consequetive months in a row in a 15 month period so it can be up to 3 months ago covering month 1-12

Yes, you can claim from June 2007 to May 2008.
