Exceptional/Global talent BRP lost/damage process

If one loses/damages existing exceptional/global talent BRP within UK, do they need to apply for stage 1 all over again as part of BRP replacement process?
What all documents are required as part of BRP replacement process in this case?

No. Just apply for a replacement brp card.
