Hi,
It's been 20 days since I have had my appointment and I didn't get the decision has been made email. However, when I contacted them through email, I got the reply that the decision has been made. I am wondering why I did'nt receive the automated email when the decision was made. Is it something to worry about ?

I have received message from VFS that my application has been processed and dispatched through Bluedart courrier dated 27th Aug 20
