Why make things easy when you can make them complicated?vetchololass87 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 26, 2020 4:23 pmIt will be easier for me if we divorced so I can apply under retained rights (3 years marriage + 1 year living in the UK)
But we are still legally married But don’t live together and she doesn’t want to divorce.
In your most recent post on someone else's topic, you said your divorced "will be pronounced soon". But you say here that you have a decree absolute. I understand a decree absolute means the divorce is finalised. Which one is it? Are you legally divorced now or not?vetchololass87 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 01, 2021 9:08 amI'm Non-Eu citizen married to EU-citizen. My wife and I have divorced and i have the decree absolute.
Wrong wording, i have the decree absolute, therefore legally divorced.kamoe wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 11:11 amIn your most recent post on someone else's topic, you said your divorced "will be pronounced soon".
