IDV app for biometric freeze

Hi there,

I received email to download IDV app for biometric face imagine. When i tried to take a photo, app freezes with black screen. Could you please help me how can i complete my application?

Do i have to pay extra £110 to book an appointment for biometric?

re-install it in same or other phone/device.
