I just submitted application for my mother. I know that we cannot book biometric appointment now, as there is a backlog (and she did biometrics before, so she might receive an invitation to use the app instead).
However, I thought we might still upload documents now via UKVCAS website. I believe this is what happened when I applied myself about a year ago.
But I do not see any link to upload documents when I login to her account - and it says something like "make appointment and you will then have opportunity to upload documents".
So is it that one can only do uploading after booking appointment? (And then it means that if we use app it all will have to be via app on the phone? Not convenient at all..)
