You will need at least one payslips from your new employer before you can apply for ILR.I have been on Tier 2 General for 5 years and could not apply for ILR as there was no priority service and currently switching sponsors,
HO will only issue you a visa to take you up to a maximum of 6 years in total. So yes, you will only get a 1 year extension. The employer only needed to issue a CoS for 1 year. As it is a 3 year CoS, you will need to pay IHS for 3 years.I need to extend my visa for one year and will apply immediately after getting the new visa but my new employer gave me a COS with work dates from 2/9/2020- 1/9/2023 should this be a problem Or the Home office will give me a visa for one year anyway ?
Yes fine.My question is it OK to fill a new application to extend my Tier 2 visa while I have a part completed SET O application especially that there is no option to cancel it ?
