Tier1(E) to ILR on Completion of 5 Years

Hello Moderator,

Hope you are doing well.

Could you please help me with following queries:

Q1. Can the Jobs be combined for ILR extension. After T1Ent. Extension in 2018 I am due my ILR in Sept., 2020. And no employees at the moment. Will it be OK to have three / four employees, combine there Jobs for 2 New Job Creation.

Q2. How much reason/ justification detail required for each Absence.

rules are simple

2 job not employees
must be for 12 months ( in your case you do not have 12 months left)

only way you can help yourself is create 2 jobs

from dec19 - sept 20 = 10 months
apply in sept and delay bio metrics till oct end = 1 month
then keep your fingers crossed that they do not refuse you quickly , if not send in upated documents for nov = 1 month

Can I combine three / four employees, for 2 New Job Creation X 24 Months.

What I mean- employ three people for nine months -Jan., to Sept., 2020= 27 Months

no you need 2 jobs ( accountant , manager , cook , waiter is a job)

you have 100 people working as a waiter for 12 month will be 1 job not 100

When I got my Tier 1 Ent. Visa, I invested in couple of companies.

In one of the Co. I invested, there were 8 employees in 2015 (when invested) but now have four (From Nov., 2018 till Nov., 2019)

Can also get letter from Accountant that Two Full Time Jobs are created.

Can these employees be utilised for ILR as they have different Job Title.

Dear Moderator,

May I please request for some advice as I am applying for ILR after completing 5 Years:

1. When does the HO timeline start - On Submission of Application/ Deduction of Fees/ Document Submission or Biometric.

2. What are the Current Timelines to get decsion and any expected change in next 2-4 weeks.

3. Most common reason for delay / rejection

This will really be helpful.
